We were back to the Streator Fire Department this morning to hear from Lt. Bryan Park, and we were also joined by Firefighter Conner McMenamin. Lt. Park always does an amazing job in explaining a S.W.O.T. Analysis; which is a tool our participants utilize in moving towards our trade show. Lt. Park explained how the SFD incorporates this to evaluate, problem solve, and set Department goals. He also stressed the importance of planning, establishing goals, and to always be moving forward. Our group had a lot of good questions and we had a great visit with Lt. Park and the Streator Fire Department. Thank you so much Lt. Park!
