This morning Mrs. Courtney Preidis came in to talk business financials with our group. Courtney, who is a CEO mentor and Owner of Maiden Resistance, always does an amazing job explaining the financial sheets that our participants complete for their individual businesses. She gives great examples on explaining cost structure, pricing strategies, profit margin, and much more as we move closer to Banker Day next month.
