This morning we visited Streator Home Savings Bank and heard from Mr. Nick McFadden, President/CEO and Mrs. Heather Scott, VP. Both Nick and Heather shared their career paths to Streator Home and positions they held prior to their current management roles. They also discussed the many career opportunities available within the banking industry, and shared rewarding & challenging routines of their day. It was obvious that customer service is a top priority at Streator Home. Our group had a lot of good conversations on what makes a community bank different from others and on how the banking industry has changed throughout the years.
