Our guest speaker today was Ms. Dawn Trompeter, President of OSF HealthCare Saint Paul & Saint Elizabeth Medical Centers. Dawn shared her career path and various health care roles she held prior to her current leadership position. She gave us a very nice presentation and explanation on recent changes in rural health care, and OSF’s vision moving ahead. With realigning of services, Dawn explained the strategic plan that guides OSF into the future of healthcare management. She also gave our group a lot of great advice on leadership and answered many good questions. Thank you Ms. Trompeter for coming in and sharing!
