Thank you to Mr. Bart Solon for coming in to talk with us this morning. Bart first shared a little of his background growing up in the Streator area. His schooling in Ag Finance & Farm Management, ultimately led to a long career in the banking industry. He discussed how early experiences in banking and a small business startup, eventually led to a successful launch of Partners Bank in February of 2000. He provided valuable insight in the steps needed in raising capital, building a team, and dealing with governmental regulations.
