Retired SHS Administrator, Mr. Mark Panno was our speaker today. Mark spent his entire career at SHS and shared the positions he held within this time, and answered some questions along the way. The main point of his conversation though, was a discussion on the four major factors of production. He really honed in on labor and had great points on attracting and retaining employees & customers. He also used his role as an administrator in discussing management styles and the importance of recognizing your employees. Mark was very sincere in his talk and had great advice on the career directions of our group. Mr. Panno, thank you so much for coming in and talking with us!
